Remove [Media Library Theme Reset] module from the 9.0.x branch

Problem/Motivation

#3169416: Theme Layout Builder Modal and Media Library to look like Claro admin theme
The module was disabled after the issue

Proposed resolution

Remove the Media Library Theme Reset module from the 9.0.x branch from the composer.json file
