ui-dialog button styling dose support for Bartik and Saven
But it dose not look nice Claro admin theme

Proposed resolution

Remove strict ui-dialog button style support for Bartik and Saven
Have Vartheme BS4 work better with Claro admin theme

User interface changes

The button will look more with the default admin theme. in case of Claro or others
