Integrate environment checks overall result in summary

Problem/Motivation

Environment checks are not yet part of the summary, even though they also are things to do (or relax about).

Proposed resolution

Add environment check summary to table. I also realized while the "Analyze" and "Act" sounded fancy, they are more about "Gather data" and "Fix incompatibilities". So retitled like so. Better be useful than cute.
