Implement update hook to remove googleplus key from the active config

Problem/Motivation

While working on #3040233: Remove google plus from settings form, we missed it to remove the googleplus key from the active config. That means that a current site config is invalid against the shariff schema, because it still contains the googleplus key.

Proposed resolution

Write a update hook to remove the googleplus key.
