Update the Media module to the latest version.

It includes the security update SA-CONTRIB-2018-020, which currently is added as a patch.
Updating the complete module makes the site detect that it is updated and secure, which it can't with just the patch.

Also makes it easier to keep up with further releases of Media if we aren't as far behind.

Rerolled patch for situations where the security update is skipped. In that scenario there is no "https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2018-04-25/media--sa-contrib-2018-02..." patch to remove.
