Pager still shows '1 of 1' when only one item even when 'Hide pager if there is only one slide' is checked.

That is the counter rather than pager; but makes sense to have an option to hide it as well.

Done. Actually improved the whole hide_if_one_slide code - reduced a bunch of duplication. Thanks!
