Sadly, if i create a task and assign it to a user, the user doesn´t get a notification.
I didn´t set any notifications in the task manually because i think the user, to wich the task is assigned should be notified automatically.

Is there a setting or somthing else?

There is no setting for this but it's a really good idea! Moving to the Work Tracker issue queue.

Worktracker will now automatically setup notifications for the author of the Task and the assigned user.
