Nancy, you have done a tremendous job adding together all the links and relevant tools, so now you fall victim to the high expectations you have built up: I am staring at the message in the title and have no clue what to do about it.
I have read the documentation and the other support requests... still confused :(

NancyDruWith only 7 blocks, this is probably not a big deal. This check is partially in response to: http://drupal.org/node/164532. Currently, no index is built on the blocks table but there needs to be one for better performance.

andrabr CreditAttribution: andrabr commentedThank you!
It would save many of your n00b users some headache if the message referred to the discussion, or even better, suggested (or even performed) the indexing (you are optimizing the database already).
Thank you once again for a wonderful, extremely useful module.

NancyDruAfter your first comment, I did think of doing this. There are other tables I haven't even looked at, but they could benefit as well. I'm wondering if the patches in the discussion could be ported back to 5.3 somehow.
I'm also not crazy about how the indexes section of the report looks (messy).
