Hey, I just installed Drupal on Debian and created the admin account. After writting my first news story and installing the bluemarine theme I noticed some problems :\ .
Maybe I don't really understand the drupal system, but the theme doesn't seem to apply to the index.php site. So when I user visits http://128.113.200.116/drupal/index.php he will not see the theme applied. The theme does however seem to apply to the EDIT ACCOUNT page...
The other problem I am having is that index.php also doesn't contain the story that I wrote... It seems that only when I login as webmaster (the one who wrote the story) that I can see the story on the page. Anyone know whats going on? Thanks.

User permissions
Check the user permissions (under user management) and make sure that every role has at least access content enabled. (Note to developers: we should really change this so things work out of the box.)
