i just downloaded the current release and dev and it isn't possible to choose the views display plugin in views 3.3 [edit]Actually you can choose it but it isn't saved / selected[/edit]

Bringing in notes from a duplicate issue:

( ! ) Fatal error: Call to a member function uses_fields() on a non-object in /Sites/drupal-7.12-pressflow/sites/mysite.local/modules/views/plugins/views_wizard/views_ui_base_views_wizard.class.php on line 311

If I create the view using some other style, then try and switch format to Flex Slider the views dialog disappears with no change to the view. (No error message and no watchdog message).
Running Views 7.x-3.3.
