Unless there is a plan to have an additional fieldset other than 'Roles' under 'Menu Subtree Permissions', it would be nice to remove this additional fieldset since you always have to click twice just to get to the fields.

It might be nice to also increase the weight of the parent fieldset so as to show below the menu edit fields.
menu_per_role module implements this nicely.

The idea was that it should be possible to add other access mechanisms like "og" or "acl" there ... but I haven't yet needed them, and apparently nobody else either.
For the weight ... hmm, maybe use a variable, so everybody can set it to where he wants?
