git.drupal.org putty and Cygwin problem

Hi i get an error with putty and Cygwin
Putty:
Server refused to allocate pty
Server refused to start a shell/command
Cygwin:
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
shell request failed on channel 0
when I try to connect the first time to git.drupal.org

I tried with ssh key and with password
I have no problems with other Servers to connect

Any hints

... hope this is the suitable forum ...
