Reference other scripts

Hi,

I am trying to reference other scripts that I have on the server from page.tpl (drupal) script. It seems like everytime I try to reference a script or add a query string to the links, it always doesn't find the files. The files are on the server, the links just overrided.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
