Subject Access Request

A SAR, or subject access request, is when an individual asks for all of the information held about them.

A user can perform a SAR from their user dashboard by clicking on ‘All your data’ and then ‘My data requests’. Clicking the button ‘Request data export’ will allow the user to request a SAR, the user will see a message saying ‘You request has been logged’ to inform them off a successful request and must wait for a admin to process the request.

What happened with your SARs?

Those requests made by the user will get into the tasks queue which goes from cycle of Requested Tasks to In-Review Tasks.

Once the tasks is reviewed by admin or assigned role user then it move into Processed Tasks.

And finally tasks moved from Processed to Closed Tasks and then it will show under My Data Requests on your user dashboard.
