To which version should I upgrade?
If you are upgrading from versions prior to the 3.x or 4.x, the table below describes the version upgrades compatibility and potential issues to avoid:

Upgrade Guidance

• If you are on 2.0.x: Upgrade to 4.0.x
• If you are on 8.x-1.x: Upgrade to 3.0.x
• If you are on 3.0.x, you can upgrade to 4.0.x if you wish

Warning

• 🔴 Do not upgrade from 2.0.x to 3.0.x.
• 3.0.x is based on 8.x-1.x, so updating from 2.0.x cause downgrade.
