How to reply to a message

When someone sends you a message, if you have the Message History module enabled then at some stage (courtesy of the Private Message module) there should be a New messages block available to use.  If not, at lease there should be a 'New' alert next to new messages.

You can reply to the message by clicking on the 'Reply' button on the message thread page.
