Login to the iDEAL test dashboard:

ABN AMRO Bank - https://abnamro-test.idealpayment.de/ideal/logon_aab.do
Rabobank - https://idealtest.rabobank.nl/ideal/logon_rabo.do
ING Bank - https://idealtest.secureing.com/ideal/logon_ing.do
(Or others, depending on your bank)

Go to Registration > Configuration. Here, upload the cert.cer file. (See Generating Certificates)
