Move git services to new git servers

This is moving along. One of the Git servers had a bad NIC, which has been replaced.

git1/git2 are finally ready for deployment. They have been configured for testing in the staging environment for the past few weeks and have proven to be stable and working.

We've found a time that @nnewton and I are both around and scheduled a maintenance window @ Thursday 7/9 1300 PDT (UTC-7).

The new git cluster is officially deployed!

Is this change responsible for the following message in my git command outputs?

The RSA host key for git.drupal.org has changed,
and the key for the corresponding IP address 140.211.10.43
