The number requested features is growing rapidly. It would be great if people could rank order the items in this list that they desired most, and we could get an averaged rank order for the list.

I imagine this kind of survey could be used elsewhere on drupal sites as well.

Maybe this isn't really needed. The project owner can always change the priority and user's of the system can contest the priority.

Also, a certain amount of 'intuitive ranking' comes out of reading the comments.
