Some key points in Drupal.

Creating custom module and its architecture. Following proper approach of creating the module and following proper Drupal coding standards.
Use of APIs like REST and SOAP. Also creating custom services either using REST hooks or by creating own custom services module.
Theming using starters, sub-themes, customizing contributed and templates, and from the scratch.
Minor and Major Migration in Drupal. Best one done using node export.
Creating and editing Views with relationships, sorting, filterting, ajax, grouping and contextual filters.
Development of back and front end solutions using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and CSS.
Experience with ecommerce on Drupal utilizing Ubercart and Drupal Commerce.
