I'm a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end software delivery, currently at Axelerant, a Drupal-focused digital engineering partner. I specialize in managing complex Drupal implementations, upgrades, and migrations for clients across industries. My work covers owning scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff through launch.

My work sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client partnership. I translate business requirements into actionable sprints, keep cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, architects) aligned, and make sure Drupal projects stay on track without losing sight of the bigger picture the client actually cares about.

I've managed projects spanning discovery and roadmapping, Agile/Scrum delivery, release planning, and post-launch support, with a focus on proactive risk management, clear governance, and keeping clients confident in the process even when things get messy. They always do.

Outside of active delivery, I care about raising the bar on what "good project management" looks like in open-source, Drupal-based engagements. Technical debt, contrib module quirks, and community dependencies make timelines a little more interesting than your average software project.
