Drupal or Community is a great OS CMS and will be going to do great things for organizing the worlds information accurately and fairly stress free.
Out of my 950 hours using Drupal only 10% of my time was spent troubleshooting, 10% learning the structure, 40% learning the modules, 20% creating content, and 20% analyzing useful new methods.
