After completing Computer Engineering, during a first stage (1991-1995) I worked in technology development projects (R&D) for companies about data acquisition and industrial automation.

In a second stage (1996-2012) I led numerous Digital Transformation Projects, in order to generate added value for companies around a new ICT technology, based on:
- Detect and analyze the value of the adoption of this new ICT through social research techniques.
- Eliminate economic, technological and cultural barriers through the provision of seminars and courses, and developing pilot experiences.
- Encourage other Institutes of Technology and business associations from other sectors and geographical areas, to collaborate in the expansion of this new technology into their collective.

Since 2013 I have combined the activity of University and postgraduate teaching, helping, before startups, companies and private organizations, and now public organizations, to start their #Digital Transformation to obtain competitive advantages, especially by applying good practices from the private sector in the public sector, and vice versa, obtained in the last 25 years.

· From 2004 to 2011, I have participated as project evaluator for the National Agency of Evaluation and Prospective (ANEP) in the Torres Quevedo and Petri Programs.
· From 2010 to 2011, I participated in Steering Comite of experts group of the European Commission EU Competitiveness On The Web (EU Social Networks).
· From 2011 to 2012, I participated as advisor of GedesTIC's business chair of the UPV.
