I’ve been working in the User Experience industry since before the field had a defined name, building a career grounded in design psychology and a deep curiosity about how people interact with technology.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led high-performing design teams, mentored emerging UX professionals in the classrooms of my alma mater, and founded innovation lab programs at leading agencies. My work has consistently focused on turning complex problems into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences through a balance of strategy, experimentation, and thoughtful design.
Today, I specialize in personalization and experimentation—designing systems that enable teams to deliver tailored, data-driven experiences at scale. My current work includes building Relevant Bits, a personalization and A/B testing platform, and contributing to personalization, form building, workspace capabilities and much more within Drupal Canvas, helping marketers and teams create more relevant and engaging user journeys.
As a UX leader, I’ve partnered closely with organizations and their customers on initiatives ranging from full-scale redesigns to targeted optimization efforts. From facilitating workshops to shaping user flows and interaction patterns, I’ve been hands-on across every stage of the design process.
My work has contributed to experiences for globally recognized brands and institutions, including Autodesk, Sonos, Red Hat, TripAdvisor, UCLA, Indiana University, and Stanford University.
