I’ve been working in the User Experience industry since before the field had a designated title. With a deep foundation in design psychology, I’ve spent my career exploring the intersection of human behaviour, design, and technology.

Over the past couple of decades, I’ve led high-performing design teams, mentored the next generation of UX professionals in the classrooms of my alma mater, and founded innovation lab programs at leading agencies. My passion for problem-solving and experimentation has fueled my work, helping businesses turn complex challenges into intuitive, high-impact experiences.

Today, I’m focused on building Context, a personalization and A/B testing platform for brands on Shopify, as well as designing personalization functionality for the new Experience Builder (XB) on Drupal. By blending UX principles with powerful technology, these tools enable brands to create data-driven, tailored experiences that drive engagement and conversions.

As a UX leader, I’ve worked closely with clients and their customers on everything from full-scale redesigns to feature-focused initiatives. Whether running design workshops, crafting wireframes, or refining user flows, I've been involved at every level of the user experience and design process.

My work has shaped experiences for globally recognized brands and institutions, including Autodesk, Sonos, Red Hat, TripAdvisor, UCLA, Indiana University, and Stanford University.
