Joe Winton is UNLV's Senior Director of Web & Digital Strategy (August 2015 - Present). He has managed IT and marketing web projects in higher education since 2004, including at Washington State University Vancouver, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and South Dakota State University. Joe's focus is on producing a sustainable web presence that delivers information in support of the university, while implementing industry best practices in areas such as security, usability, and accessibility.
