I am currently serving my team at Last Call Media as People and Process, which is the LCM flavor of HR+, and have been with LCM since its inception. Since joining up with what would become LCM back in 2012, I have had the privilege of helping facilitate culture and day-to-day operations for the company through a truly fantastic and inspiring growth period that just won't seem to quit! I love my people, I'm passionate about and a core believer in healthy culture as a means for consistently great work, and think almost everything exists on a spectrum of some kind.
