Hynek Načeradský (begamen)

Senior Drupal developer, 12+ years, based in Prague. ---> https://hynek-naceradsky.com/

Currently lead developer on a mission-critical EU agency platform: 150+ modules, 500K+ users, WCAG 2.2 compliance, automated Word-to-Drupal document workflows, AWS and Azure.

Before that, seven years on Czech government platforms for the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs, including EVALDO (competency assessment). Also built the CiviCRM/Darujme donation integration for Doctors Without Borders.

What I'm usually hired for: security remediation and pentest fallout, D7/D9 → D11 migrations that other people got stuck on, accessibility audits with the EU Accessibility Act deadline attached, and custom module work where the integration is the hard part.

Available for remote or hybrid contracts.

Hobbies and other important stuff:
I am Krav Maga practitioner (level G3). I do Krav Maga even longer than Drupal. I like to cook, read and ocassionally have a few beers. Or rum. Like a pirate.
