I have released this version with some bugfixes from the 3.1 release. There are still more work to be done but with this release you should be able to install the module and register a user with Kaltura.

This release provides a new functionality to defer the loading of the videos.

The javascript and css files are moved, and so a cache clear is necessary after updating.
