Bug fixes

Issue #2897176: Restriction of taxonomy terms in other form fields. Other taxonomy term relation fields than than autocomplete widget (like drop-down) are restricted now. Fixed access restriction logic. Merged Behat tests into module. Re-factored and extended tests.
