#2922876: Fatal error on configuration

Apologies update code was broken in 8.x-2.0-rc3.

* Issue #2920790 by fdverwoerd: Call to undefined function rrssb_flush_caches()
* Issue #2920800 by jurgenhaas: Make sure it works nice with extlink module

Changes since 7.x-1.2:

This is a functioning version of the module. It saves copntent and it permits layout of the fields.

COMPLETED:

• Code Clean up
• Purging of old hook_alter() functions

TODO:

• Add settings to formatter
• Add settings to widget
• Add render of options on entity layout

Actually works for 7.x.
