Bugfixes:

• Issue #2924884 by kari.kaariainen, Peter Majmesku: Permissions info is not shown on node edit form
• Fixed wrong release version string in permissions_by_term.info.yml
• Fixed permissions info tab, when no terms are selected in auto-complete field. Then the tab shows, that no restrictions are set via term permissions.

Bug Fix - Issue #2921724 by elkirby: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in webform_feedback_callback()

Fix dependancy issues. Now using Drupal core media entities.

This is a release candidate for the next feature release of UIkit 8.x-3.0. Release candidates are not supported for production sites, but they are intended for widespread testing in preparation for the upcoming stable release.
