Bugfix: removed a #required flag from a field within the bulkcreate interface.
Integrated PHPUnit tests for service blizz_bulk_creator/EntityHelper.

• Moderation state filters will allow "- All -" as default
• Fixed a bug where translated content might appear twice in migrated views
