This release contains many bug fixes and a few features for both the main CAS module and the CAS Server sub-module.

This stable release is not significantly different from Beta2, which was released in 2016. With no major feature updates and no significant bugs, this code base was ready for an official point release. Thanks to these contributors for their patches in the issue queue, which also describe a minor feature addition.
