PHP 5.5 compatibility fixes issue 2929743

Version 1.2 includes a lot of bug fixes and updates. No new features are introduced in this release.

Fixed breaking bug where some fields would break reverse_entity_reference field if they seemed to be queryable but actually weren't.

Now will catch issues and return nothing. A log of the issue (improved) will still appear. Should see failures due to this module esp. in 8.4.x and above.

Exclude entities without sku field from decoration.

Fixed fatals and timeouts encountered during re indexing text field content. Removes Queue implementation for reindexing.
