Bug fixes

This is a beta release for the next feature release of Drupal 8. Betas are good testing targets for developers and site builders who are comfortable reporting (and where possible, fixing) their own bugs. Fixes some bugs with the naming of files.

Updated contributed modules
Removed some unsupported modules from the codebase
Fixed errors with email headers being mangled for sites with webform enabled and non-ascii characters in site name

TMGMT Smarlting 8.x-3.11 requires TES >= 8.x-2.5

FIxed issues:

• Changed approach how to use batch service with async TMGMT tasks (error batch is not suitable for adding files)
• Context upload: ignore missing resources older than 2 days
• Context upload: added connection and global curl timeouts for context resource checking
