TFL version 8.x-2.0 is the updated version with mobile field (machine name- field_mobile_number) created automatically in user account with bug fixes. Please update this recommended module with previous version.

Steps:

• Remove mobile field (field_mobile_number) from user account.
• After that install this updated version of TFL module.

Implode arguments to symfony/process constructor manually. The possibility to pass them as an array has been introduced in 3.3 while drupal 8.4 has symfony/process locked at 3.2.8.
