Fix issue on object / media mapping.

For each media, we have to check if the media still pass the converter's conditions.
Before, we used to create a query to get the medias imported by the given converter. But it is not efficient, since it is possible that a media that has been created by a given converter does not pass the converter conditions anymore (for example, if an attribute's value has changed since the media creation).

Minor fixes & cleanup of code..

You should save all entity views with image size formatter to add config dependencies.

Fix regions names, add help region
Fix container width
Toolbar (admin menu module) is covered
The image becomes large after changing the color or turning off/on
kerning and admin menu
