• Fixed rendering empty headings:
  The heading tags where added to the render array even if no heading text was set (in case of an optional field).

Changes since 7.x-1.0:

* Remove scopes from grant request: the API officially does not support scopes and the current validation behaviour is apparently somewhat undefined.
* Fix retrieveUserInfo() to return an empty array when there's an empty result, rather than FALSE.

• Fix new content creation notice.
• CKEditor icon is not the proper one.
