Bug fixes

v8.x-1.0, 2018-09-21

It's been 2 years since the alpha was released and people are using it without
complaint; clearly it is time for a full release.

Minor bugfix included which prevented using async include of VWO code.

Updating to this stable release from alpha1 is highly recommended.

IMPORTANT:
This release is reflecting JS behavior context added inside modifiers module, so updating of modifiers to 1.2 is required.
We also fixed composer dependencies by adding modifiers_pack.info.yml file.

Issue #2977926 by Petr Illek, kyberman: Wrong config for custom radial gradient modifier

Fixed tmp file saving, response headers - caused broken images in IE browsers.

IMPORTANT:
This release is adding proper JS behavior context instead of processing all modifications only once.
We also added all current Drupal core media type mappings.

There is still a backward compatibility (where JS context is missing), but sites implementing custom JS modifiers should add context into their callbacks. Please check modifiers_pack module for examples.

In this release i have fix hook_install and update database column max length to 255.
