Update the email address stored in Braintree when the user updates their email address locally.

Changes since 8.x-1.0-alpha13:

• Theming: use suggestion for syndications list
• Publish: allow syndication targets to be selected by default
• Micropub: allow to override limit in q=source
• Feeds: add hub to atom if wanted
• Comments: use created time from webmention
