Issue #3005015 by Primsi: Fatal error when accessing webform submissions page

Fixed a bug when Drupal 9 is not installed. Added a new feature for constraints and some coding standard / deprecated item fixes.

The demo was also updated to show a basic format, constraint, label (for error row box), and type.
