Clearing up a static function issue inside of the cron task.

New alpha version. Nothing really new in here, just fixes a couple of deprecations. Raised Drupal Core dependency to 8.6.x. So if you wanna stay on an older Drupal Core version, there's no need to update commerce_wishlist atm.
