Fixed coding standard issues.

• Issue #3025036: Added target bundle [text and image] to landing page components * (landing page paragraphs field) without changing old configurations

Minor change. If module was installed in "sites/default/modules/flot" the library would not be found when using the make file. Since flot will look in sites/all/libraries is the Library API is installed, the make file will use that.

• Bug fix: Sentry server now requires the formatted message as part of sentry.interfaces.Message - otherwise it displays the raw uninterpolated message.
• Bug fix: Don't log stacks if stack setting is disabled.
• New feature: Allow hook_raven_watchdog_filter() to modify Sentry data.
• New feature: Add drush command raven-capture-message for sending test message.
• Documentation: Use Sentry rather than Raven in parts of the UI.
