Introducing new supporting module Specific Webform Component Revision(SWCR) with minor bug fixes.

Better error reporting for payment list_builder handler.

This version includes a couple of fixes, some new settings and syntax cleanup.

Fixes an important bug where a one time login link wouldn't work anymore, if the language negotiation would result in the disabled language on CLI requests.
This has been turned into a new feature where you can choose specific routes to be excluded. We added some sensible defaults to make sure that the above use case doesn't happen anymore.

This release continues our efforts towards stabilizing the Date module for Drupal 7. While not completely ready for production usage, we would appreciate folks helping to test it to identify any outstanding problems so that we can soon release a rock solid 2.11.
