Bug fixes

Fixed small bugs (optimised regex and case sensitivity) and the following issues:

Issue #2986585 by suresh kumara: the description for each term which can be displayed by mouse hover cannot be displayed by keyboard tab access
Issue #3017199 by azedan: Preg_match limit set to null instead of -1

update the simpleJsonViewer function

This is a non-security release, that primarily includes updates to allow Panopoly to work with PHP 7.2, including the update to Drupal core 7.61, some contrib module updates, and additional patches.

But there's also a bunch of minor bug fixes and feature additions, that have been hanging around in the issue queue for some time. :-)
