Fix can not get meta tags from missing scheme HULD URL

• Added access checking to avoid leaking views or entities that a user shouldn't see.
• Exported content filenames are based off of the content type generated by the selected view display.
• Fixed warnings thrown if views aren't found or set up yet.
• Fixed: Zip file didn't delete if the zip file name was changed or "Create zip file" was un-checked.
• Options added to allow a user to select a display to use, rather than just assuming the first REST export display is the correct one.

This release includes various bugfixes and minor feature improvements, and one security fix for anyone using anonymous registration. For more on the security issue, see the announcement. Note that if you use anonymous registrations and send out links for registrants to re-visit their registrations later, you may need to update the format for your links to use the new hash link or property.
