#3052532: MapItems not being properly saved/loaded

This release addresses issues with the way MapItem fields were being saved (incorrectly). There is an update which will need to be run to convert existing subscriptions and reported values to the properly saved MapItem fields.

Maestro RC3 release includes a bugfixes and enhancements to existing functionality.

New Functionality added inlcludes:

• New Maestro Spawn Sub Process task type
• Custom notification subjects, token enabled.
