Big fix and new twig files added

None of these should be breaking changes. In the places where I've added additional class to the existing class names.

A few twig files were removed (checkbox.html and radio.html) but were replaced with using input--checkbox, etc. This was due to an issue I discovered where some forms were not displaying properly.
