#3057217: Notice: Undefined index: #id in social_profile_preprocess_form_element_label()

*Fixed issue about it can not get token when open the image panel.
*Fixed issue about image extension.

Added fixes for "Support for Bootstrap Fieldgroup", "Warning : array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array,", and "Field group titles cause field groups to display when they have no content".

New release to include the bug and feature fixes below.
