Bug fixes

- Implemented the pushing of entities to GraphSearch (including users).
- Added the possibility to set a label for content pushed to GraphSearch.
- Fixed dependency namespacing in the .info.yml files.
- Fixed a bug with hiding empty facets on the search page.
- Fixed a bug when selecting a GraphSearch search area in the content type settings.
- Fixed a bug that caused the number of entities in the batch process settings not to be displayed.

the 1.8 was not supposed to be promoted to a full release because it was not tested.

Fixed issues:
- #3067254: Add rest module as a dependency
- #3068198: Menu link with hash value/anchor does not get included in response

- Fixed small bug by adding an extracted concept to the selected tags list.
- Renamed the permissions yml file so that it is found and added an own permission for the Corpus Management.
- Removed jumping to Taxonomy Manager syncing during taxonomy updates if a Taxonomy Manager configuration with the same project and taxonomy already exists.

- Added an own permission for the Corpus Management.
- Fixed bug with the altLabels when creating a new or updating an existing taxonomy term.
- Fixed bug when creating a message.
- Fixed language bug when fetching data for the visual mapper.
